Prior to the start of the 2023 season, Monaco Modified Tri-Track Series management welcomed Van Horst General Contractors as a new marketing partner with the introduction of the Van Horst Construction “Choose Rule” Cone for all series events.

After just one event together, Van Horst principal Lindsey Rutka was so pleased with the results that the company increased its commitment and relationship with the Series with the return of the Hard Charger Bonus Award.

Fast forward to 2024, when Van Horst General Contractors along with their sister company, Hartford Jet Center, renewed their Choose Cone and Hard Charger sponsorship.

The Hard Charger Award will reward a $500 bonus at every Monaco Modified Tri-Track Series event to the driver who advances the most positions during each feature race.

“We’re thrilled to be able to offer the $500 Hard Charger bonus award again in 2024,” said Monaco Modified Tri-Track Series Director of Series Development Renee Dupuis. “We like this award because it recognizes a driver and team who worked together to turn their performance around after not having a great start to their day. And we’ve all had days like that. We can’t thank Lindsey enough for his support of what we’re trying to accomplish as a Series.”

After the postponement of their Constantine Paving and Sealing 75 at Thompson’s Icebreaker event, the Monaco Modified Tri-Track Series will next be in action on Sunday, May 26 at the Thunder Road International Speedbowl’s (Barre, VT) for the running of the Granite City 100.
