Star-Studded 37-Car Entry List, Championship Battle and Return to Site of One of Season’s Most Thrilling Races Set Stage for Spectacular Finale
SEEKONK, MA – October 22, 2026 – One race. One championship. Thirty-seven of the biggest names in Modified racing.
The Monaco Modified Series is looking to put an exclamation point on its 2026 season on Saturday, October 24, with the highly anticipated USNEPower Haunted Hundred XL at Seekonk Speedway, where a champion will be crowned and an extraordinary field of Modified talent will converge for what promises to be one of the most exciting events of the year.
USNEPOWER TIMES THREE: Race Sponsor, Point Fund Sponsor and Energizer Zone Sponsor
USNEPower‘s commitment to the Monaco Modified Series extends far beyond Saturday’s season finale. For the third consecutive year, the company serves as title sponsor of the Haunted Hundred XL, while also joining Union Insurance Group as co-sponsor of the Series’ $50,000 Championship Point Fund.
And there’s even more on the line. The $2,000 USNEPower Energizer Zone Bonus rewards the driver who spends the most race weeks inside the top five in the championship standings.
Jon McKennedy and Ronnie Williams have battled neck and neck for the bonus throughout the season, with Kyle Bonsignore and Ron Silk also in contention. With one final race remaining, the Energizer Zone competition adds yet another layer of excitement to an already energized championship showdown. Three major commitments. One tremendous Series partner. And one final race to decide it all.
A Race for the Ages
If the Series’ previous visit to the Massachusetts third-mile oval was any indication, race fans are in for something special.
The Series’ August appearance at Seekonk delivered what was quite possibly THE Modified race of the 2026 season — with Ron Silk, Stephen Kopcik, Ronnie Williams, and Brett Meservey putting on a wheel-to-wheel battle that kept fans on the edge of their seat. Meanwhile, Jon McKennedy quietly climbed from a 22nd-place starting spot to take the lead with just a handful of laps remaining, capping off an unforgettable night of Modified racing action.
Now, with a championship hanging in the balance and an even deeper field of competitors ready to do battle, the stakes couldn’t be higher.
37 Cars. A Who’s Who of Modified Racing.
While the championship battle will command plenty of attention, the USNEPower Haunted Hundred XL has another compelling storyline: an absolutely stacked 37-car entry list featuring some of the most accomplished and recognizable names in Modified racing.
Among those entered are Modified racing standouts Matt Hirschman, Doug Coby, Austin Beers, Luke Baldwin, Teddy Hodgdon, Kyle Bonsignore, Woody Pitkat, Ronnie Williams, Matt Swanson, Jake Johnson, Keith Rocco and a host of other established winners, seasoned veterans, and rising stars. With more entries than starting positions, simply earning a place in the 125-lap feature will be no small accomplishment.
One Race to Decide It All
After a season of some of the fiercest competition in the region, the 2026 Monaco Modified Series Championship will be decided at the USNEPower Haunted Hundred XL. When the checkered flag falls, one driver will earn the distinction of being crowned the 2026 Monaco Modified Series Champion, along with the champion’s share of the $50,000 USNEPower and Union Insurance Group Championship Point Fund.
Jon McKennedy enters the finale holding a 17-point advantage over Ron Silk, carrying the momentum of his fourth Series victory of the season, earned at Thompson Speedway Motorsports Park on October 10. McKennedy is seeking his second consecutive Series championship and third overall, but Silk remains firmly in contention, with Ronnie Williams mathematically still in the equation. But while, McKennedy, Silk and Williams battle it out, there’s a far closer points battle just to get into the top-10. Coming into Seekonk, 8th through 13th are separated by just 12 points, with George Bessette, Tyler Chapman, Brett Meservey and Noah Korner being separated by only three points. Only ten spots pay, so one lost position on Saturday could cost a driver a check.
Awards Extend Beyond the Point Fund
In addition to the $50,000 Championship Point Fund, the 2026 Series Champion will also receive a collection of special awards, including:
- Creative Racing Products: a custom, laser-engraved set of wireless racing scales
- Velocita by Little Webb’s: a full custom apparel package, including a Velocita firesuit, racing shoes, gloves, and a gear bag for the champion, with the runner-up getting 50% off a custom firesuit, and third place getting a $250 credit toward one.
- Sign Pro: Championship hardware that’s simply unmatched in the industry
These special awards, along with the Series’ race-day bonus programs reflect the continued commitment of its partners to rewarding the drivers and teams who make the Monaco Modified Series one of the premier touring Modified divisions in the Northeast.
- Creative Racing Products Winner’s Bonus: $500 gift card to the feature winner, in addition to the winner’s purse.
- Van Horst General Contractors Hard Charger Award: $500 to the driver who advances the most positions during the feature
- Constantine Paving & Sealing Most Laps Led Award: $250 to the driver who leads the most laps.
