The Monaco Modified Series is proud to announce that USNEPower and Union Insurance Group have partnered to sponsor the 2026 Monaco Modified Series Point Fund, marking the first time in the series’ history that a season-long championship point fund will officially be awarded.

The newly established point fund will distribute $50,000 to the top ten teams in the final 2026 championship standings, rewarding teams for their performance and commitment throughout the season. The initiative represents a major step forward for the Monaco Modified Series as it continues to grow its competitive platform for teams.

Adding even more excitement, USNEPower will introduce the USNEPower Energizer Zone, a special season-long recognition program highlighting the top 5 drivers in points after each event. Following every race, USNEPower will spotlight the drivers currently inside the top 5 as part of the USNEPower Energizer Zone, creating added momentum and visibility around the weekly battle for championship position. At season’s end, the driver who has spent the most weeks inside the USNEPower Energizer Zone will receive an additional $2,000 USNEPower Energizer Bonus on top of their earned point fund payout.

Series officials say the new partnership highlights the shared commitment between the Series and its sponsors to support teams and elevate the level of competition within the Series.

“Launching a season-long point fund is an important milestone for the Monaco Modifieds,” said Renee Dupuis, Director of Series Development. “We’re incredibly grateful to USNEPower and Union Insurance Group for stepping up to support our teams in such a meaningful way. Their commitment helps strengthen the series, rewards the teams who dedicate themselves to competing with us all season long, and adds another exciting element for teams and fans to follow throughout the year.”

“We have a deep appreciation for the legacy of modified racing and the hard work, commitment, and passion that have defined it for generations,” said David J. Miller Jr., principal of USNEPower. “Every day, our factory-authorized technicians energize our customers across the country from our 3 service centers in the Northeast, Midwest, and now Charlotte by helping get critical operations back up and running fast. That same idea inspired us to create something unique for the Monaco Modified Series – a point fund program that energizes race teams and shines a spotlight on those who battle in the top 5 week after week. The USNEPower Energizer Zone is about rewarding consistency, creating excitement, and honoring the spirit of modified racing,” added Miller.

“Union Insurance Group has a long history in modified racing, and we’re excited to be back involved in the sport,” said Chris DeCaigney, President of Union Insurance Group. “We were proud to serve as the primary sponsor for Renee Dupuis during her racing career, so supporting the Monaco Modified Series now feels like coming full circle. These teams put in a tremendous amount of work all season long, and we’re proud to help recognize that effort through the series’ first-ever championship point fund.”

Additional details about the USNEPower / Union Insurance Group Championship Point Fund and the Energizer Zone Bonus will be highlighted throughout the season across the series’ social media channels, website, and race broadcasts.
