RaceDayCT: When the Monaco Modified Tri-Track Series makes its return to the New London-Waterford Speedbowl on Aug. 6 it will mean the return to the track for a lot of faces that haven’t competed for some time at the shoreline oval. One of those faces will be the track’s all-time winningest driver. Keith Rocco confirmed to RaceDayCT Thursday that he will enter the Monaco Modified Tri-Track Series event at the Speedbowl. It will mark the first event Rocco will run this season at Waterford.
