The Monaco Modified Kids’ Club presented by Mr. Rooter will bring family fun and hands-on activities to Monaco Ford’s 13th Annual Car Show and 50/50 Raffle on Thursday, June 25, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Irish American Home in Glastonbury. This event was originally scheduled for June 18, but was postponed due to the weather.

As part of the festivities, the Monaco Modified Kids’ Club will host a booth featuring one of its most popular activities — painting and decorating wooden race cars. Young fans will have the opportunity to create their own personalized race car to take home!

Monaco Ford’s annual event has become a community tradition, featuring an impressive display of classic, custom, and specialty vehicles of all makes and models, which this year also includes Giovanni’s Pizza and Ice Cream, the popular 50/50 raffle, and activities for the entire family. Best of all, 100 percent of the proceeds from the event will benefit local veteran organizations..

“We’re excited to again be part of Monaco Ford’s annual car show and support such a worthwhile community event,” said Renee Dupuis, Monaco Modified Director of Series Development. “The event combines everything we love — cars, families, community involvement, and giving back. The wooden race car activity has been a huge hit with kids this season, and we’re looking forward to sharing that experience with even more families.”

The Monaco Modified Kids’ Club presented by Mr. Rooter, is free to join and offers children exclusive giveaways, activities, and opportunities to engage with the drivers, teams, and excitement of the Monaco Modified Series at each of our events throughout the racing season.

The appearance at Monaco Ford’s car show comes one day after the Monaco Modified Series returns to action on Wednesday, June 24, at Thompson Speedway Motorsports Park. Fans attending the car show will have an opportunity to learn more about the upcoming race and the Kids’ Club’s activities planned throughout the 2026 season.
