With summer in full swing, the Monaco Modified Tri-Track Series (MMTTS) travels to Epping, NH’s Star Speedway on Saturday, July 22 for the third event of their special 10th-anniversary season.

Matt Swanson currently leads the series point battle with a small margin of 4 points over second-place racer, Doug Coby. After scoring a win at Seekonk, the Gary Casella No. 25 modified team is looking for their second series win of the season. But will the young Swanson hold off a field of seasoned veterans? Will seven-time MMTTS champion Matt Hirschman take his first MMTTS win of the season? Or will hard-charging Thunder Road winner and 2019 MMTTS champion, Ronnie Williams repeat?

Last year’s Star Speedway MMTTS race winner, Jake Johnson, is ready to defend his 2022 win. Johnson finished eighth at Open Wheel Wednesday at Seekonk Speedway and is looking for a repeat win at Star Speedway.

With the $7,500 winner’s purse up for grabs, plan on heading to Epping, NH on Saturday and join the MMTTS teams for some hot modified racing.

General admission gates open at 2:25 – just in time to watch MMTTS practice in action.

The Webber family continues the racing tradition at Star Speedway that started in 1966. With a long history of legends racing at the speedway, Saturday’s event has the promise of defining some new modified stars.
