The Monaco Modified Kids’ Club presented by Mr. Rooter is set to make its long-awaited return to the New London-Waterford Speedbowl on Saturday, June 13, after rain forced the postponement of the originally scheduled Memorial Day Weekend event.

Located under the signature red Mr. Rooter tent on the track’s midway, the Kids’ Club will be open from approximately 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM and will offer a variety of free activities designed to engage and entertain young race fans.

Highlighting this week’s program is a special wooden race car painting activity, where children will have the opportunity to decorate and personalize their own wooden race car to take home as a keepsake from the event.

In addition to the featured activity, Kids’ Club members and guests can enjoy a variety of family-friendly attractions, including racing-themed photo opportunities, Giant Jenga, Giant Tic-Tac-Toe, Kid’s Cornhole, coloring activities, and more.

Children who have not yet received their Monaco Modified Kids’ Club Membership Pack will be able to pick one up at the event. Membership Packs include a drawstring bag, customized membership certificate, lanyard with VIP hard card, wristband, and a Hot Wheels toy car. Membership Packs will also remain available at future Monaco Modified Series events throughout the 2026 season.

The Monaco Modified Kids’ Club presented by Mr. Rooter is FREE to join and serves as a cornerstone of the series’ commitment to creating memorable experiences for families and introducing the next generation of race fans to short-track racing. Sign-up here: MonacoModifieds.com/kids-club/

While the kids are enjoying the activities, adults can take advantage of the Monaco Modified Series’ Surf, Sun & Speed Tailgate on the midway. The free fan experience features complimentary Hummel Bros. Hot Dogs, Surfside and Super Lyte sampling and giveaways for guests 21 and older, music, games, and more.
